The Theatre Arts Class has completed a successful run of shows of the play "Anne of Green Gables." Their final show was a matinee to a full house of elementary school students from schools close by. Both public shows on the weekend were sold out, and the audiences showed much appreciation each night with long and hearty applause! Congratulations, class, for a job well done!
If you were fortunate to get a ticket for the Theatre Arts Class performance of "Anne of Green Gables" for this weekend, be ready for a good show! The class has worked hard and or final dress rehearsal with a test audience of RJC students went very well. Response to the show has been great! The set is ready. The finale to 2014 was the Christmas Concert in the gymnasium at RJC. With beautiful lighting and atmosphere, the Concert Choir, Chorale, and Women's Choir sang their songs of joy, praise, and worship for the last time before heading home for the Christmas break. The auditorium was filled with lovely singing and an appreciative audience of parents, friends, family, and supporters.
